I purchased the dress on May 17, 2024. Typically, my experience is the item ships next week day. I contact seller on May 19, 2024 because item had not been shipped yet. Seller response was "I will ship on Monday", 4 days after purchase. When I asked about the delayed shipping, the seller canceled my payment. You can review the message thread to confirm this happened. No explanation given. I will never purchase from this unprofessional seller again. Very Dissatisfied!
