Ordered four sets of four castors, so spent a fair amount on my order. Item never arrived, so they said they would issue a refund. I explained I needed them urgently, so they said they would re-send, but they also didn't arrive. The tracking link they use turns out to be a scam website called Bluecare Express. Don't trust this seller. They don't reply, or deliver, or refund.

I have posted his item two times but with his such complicated address both times my items got lost during shipment also the buyer has got its full refund and I have bared whole of the loss I don't know what the buyer is trying to say now here in the feedback while he his item was shipped twice and still got his full refund, Well sometimes we have to deal with people like you because as our competitors you guys can not compete us in providing best quality services.
