Item is exactly as described, excellent quality flat pack bar stools. Item arrived very well packaged in perfect condition. I had messaged the seller asking them to delay delivery by one day as I wouldn't be home to accept the delivery, Jeff replied straight away and arranged for delivery to be delayed. I received several messages informing me when parcel would be delivered. It was easy to build and looks great. Excellent service, would recommend this company and their products.

I originally had the wrong item delivered (although it arrived on time). I contacted Mercers and spoke to Jane. Who arranged collection and delivery of the correct item which arrived at a time and date I requested. The furniture was very well packed (no damage & all parts correct). . Very pleased with the service and furniture. The delivery driver was also very helpful and polite.

I wanted to pay for 2 furniture sets for my bedroom, but wanted the delivery delayed for a couple of weeks or so. I contacted the seller and she was so helpful. As soon as the 20th May came my furniture was despatched. Arrived quickly. Have not had the bedroom sets put together yet,but I am sure they will look gorgeous.
