Package arrived today, but was empty. Seller adamant that they had put the item in there. Package was not damaged, seller refusing to accept what I'm saying and Royal Mail unlikely to do anything for such a small item. So stalemate means I'm out of pocket. I simply won't be buying from this seller again.

The item was packed and seal when dispatched and the post office receipt confirms the weight of the parcel. I was completely confused on what had happened to the item and all I was trying to do was clarify the situation before Id take the appropriate action and I offered a refund but no response from the customer. I guess some people are quick to leave negative feedback then trying to resolve the situation.
