Since seller was away, they couldn t reach out to me earlier, but they have done so now, as soon as they returned, thus I am reediting my earlier feedback to include the aspects where I had rated lower. I am also changing the feedback on item description as the seller has not seen the issue at their end. Could have been a courier issue or something else. However now they have offered me a refund as well, thus no harm done (expect for internet outage, but thankfully my operator sorted it out).
