So I had two faulty sets of headphones. one of them was DOA from an online store and another had rain damage.
I sent both to this store and they communicated and responded quickly (via emails or ebay messages).
it cost me 69 pound for each set and I got them back after ~2 months (due to wrong tracking number but I got them) and they work just like new. touch control works. still need to check charging times. The seller even sent the faulty mother board in the envelope.

Arrived quickly. Item as described. Actually they are in excellent condition and in original packaging. If anything better than implied by the ad. So all good. Didn't speak to seller so cant really comment on the communication. Postage cost a 4 because royal mail are expensive.
