    Better than the original - but it’s no Catan

    Better than the original monopoly. Speed die is fun at the start and brutal towards the end. Means quicker more dynamic games. New spaces and rules around building, building on stations, utilities are all improvements. Bus tickets are good too. Definitely worth the buy. My 8 year old’s arithmetic has improved a lot since we started playing monopoly. It doesn’t get 5 since it still has some flaws like the rent jumps massively for skyscrapers - makes it a game ender. Also me monopoly on a full board is a little too brutal.

    great modern update on a classic board game

    Have had the original Monopoly board game for years which has always been a family favourite, and thought it was time we had a new edition, so when i saw this "Mega" version it was perfect as a modern remake of a classic. having the third dice makes it a much faster game with more options, the additional number of properties to purchase and now not just houses and hotels but skyscrapers as well to build your property empire, and a new 1000 monopoly pound note to add to the initial capital sum really adds a new level to the game. As well as the community chest and chance cards there is now a bus ticket card allowing you to move around the board avoiding certain properties held by other players and not having to pay "rent" to them. Its fast, its still loads of fun and worth having.

    Excellent edition of Monopoly

    Excellent edition of Monopoly. It has an extra dice and cards to speed up the game so you don't loose the will after an hour. I would highly recommend it.
