This exceeded my expectations! I don't know if it's used or brand new. My guess is brand new. I asked the seller a few questions about the accessories and they said they didn't know because it was boxed up. So I was expecting to buy presser feet and even a pedal because they weren't listed in the description. To my surprise everything is here and the compartments are taped. I'm positive I'm the only one who has ever touched this machine and the price was unbelievable! I got it very quickly.
