Serum was broken when my niece received, the broken bottle almost cut her figures, very disappointing. Contacted the seller three times, no response until I told them I will report the issue to eBay. Very rude response. Worse experience on eBay ever. Seller blame on USPS but not their packing, buyer aware.

This buyer is misrepresenting the situation. I was contacted 4 times on the same day and responded back within hours, not days or weeks. I wasn’t rude buyer was very rude accusing me of sending item broken and was angry I suggested this occurred during USPS transit. The refund process was started the buyer was given a return label but never sent the damaged item back, after a couple weeks eBay closed out the case for nonresponse. This was the worst experience I have had with a buyer.
