Fantastic low gi cook book, from one of my favourite chefs, just love his recipes! Got it cos I have his other low gi books

Good recipes for low sugar recipes.
Handy book for anyone who uses sugar replacement to bake with. The recipes are not necessarily diabetic friendly though so be cautious.
