I was browsing eBay for a different Swarovski product when this necklace came up during my search. I have the matching earrings and bangle, but haven't worn them much as I don't have a necklace that goes with it. That wont be the case any more. The seller was very professional, friendly and always replied promptly. They used a Tracked48 postage (as per my request), the item was packed extremely well, arrived on time and the quality of the item is superb (like new). Extremely happy customer here
