This is malicious feedback. The bag zip was not broken and Royal Mail sorted the damaged wrapper out, with no damage to the bag. The bag was sent to you at extra postage cost to me so you had it in time for the weekend and I paid for the return postage when there was nothing wrong with the bag. You were given a refund with no questions asked. I'm not sure what more could be done for you in terms of customer service.
