Won auction and paid seller refunded money next day and said system not working as they checked before packing for shipping. Seller could have messaged me before canceling order and refunding purchase price. Appears as though the seller just didn't like the auction ending price and changed their mind about selling the item after auction was concluded. Wouldn't recommend seller to others.

Only negative feedback from my over 500+ sales, I do admit to the fact that I should have messaged the seller first. However, it would not change the fact that the system was faulty I always double check before shipping to never send something bad out. The selling price was no issue, if you’d like I can still send the faulty system out for auction price and you can get it serviced.
