    Im 49 and I LOVE IT!! Youngsters will also benifit!!

    I really like it..Its easy to follow and gets you working without too much confusion about complicated steps etc!! Rosemary is great for older birds like me but is also good for younger but maybe less fit people.. There is no pressure to overdo it...but you still get a great workout!! You can simply build up the effort level you work at as your fitness improves.
