WHATEVER YOU DO = DO NOT BUY THIS SELLER UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME AND MONEY!!! THEY HAVE SOLD ME A FAULTY ITEM THAT THEY CLEARLY KNEW WAS FAULTY BEFORE THEY LISTED. THEY THEN TRIED TO DENY IT BY BLAMING IT ON TRANSPORT ETC. AND WASTE YOUR TIME FORCING YOU TO GET IT HANDLED THROUGH EBAY. I BROUGHT THIS FOR MY NEICE TO BE ABLE TO DO HER COURSEWORK WITH AND NOW THIS!!! THE FEELING IS NOT NICE ATALL AND ITS USERS LIKE THIS THAT PUT ME OFF USING EBAY FULL STOP!!!

I feel it appropriate to give a reply to this as there are some unfairly points made. The secondhand laptop was sent in good condition, tested within our IT Dept and passed as working. The buyer asked for £10 off which he was given and had the product for at least 11 days before then asking for a refund because some of the keys weren't working (which surprised me) and that he didnt want it handled thru Ebay (ie the proper return process). I do find it ironic that the purchaser sells laptops!
