Bought a Siemens Induction Hob.
Stated Brand new unopened from manufacture.
Delivered in a tatty box which had been opened with no protective covering. Hob had deep scratches all over surface.
Contacted seller immediately & they told me manufacturer sends them like that.
Not true as I have had Siemens appliances before & Seller accused me of damaging the hob & destroying the box.
Deducted £719.99 for the supposed damage.
EBay refunded me the full amount of £1394.99

A superb eBayer, the original appliance arrived crushed, it was very well packaged but something had hit it or it had fallen over/been stacked in error during transit. A host of apologies were sent and a solution promised, a new appliance arrived with UMK but it was a newer version which although was a great solution, it was not matching to the existing oven as per the item. UMK sourced a replacement and delivered it in person from Birmingham to Brighton to avoid any further issues. A+++++++++++
