First, I had to remind the seller that my order was still pending shipment. Then the delivery kept shifting, as if it wasn’t aligning with the shipment date, proceeding with the package never arriving, but marked as delivered. Reached out for assistance, but got none, from either the seller or USPS.

The item was sent Royal Mail International Tracked. The buyer contacted us and informed us that he had not received the item even though there was information on eBay: "Delivered".We asked the buyer to contact Ebay or the US Post Office, as we cannot do anything if the information on Ebay is "delivered" and on the Royal Mail website after entering the Tracking number it also says "delivered to the buyer".
The item was lost in the USA so we couldn't do anything.Why the buyer didn't report this?!
