Returning Goods

Goods Damaged On Arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our courier.
Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will then send a replace order.
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and secure manner and at your cost.

    Ubiquiti Mini flex 5 Port

    I bought this to mainly replace my 8 port netgear switch so that I could power it via POE. Its priced around what you'd pay for a basic unmanaged switch which is the main selling point and VLAN assignment for port security. Also if you have the Ubiquiti ecosystem you can view your network more clearly. I have two one for my home devices and another for the office.

    Great value way to extend a Ubiquiti UniFi network

    If you’ve already got a Ubiquiti UniFi network, and need a few extra ports, this is a great way to extend it. Powering it over PoE means you can just hide it behind a desk and turn 1 ethernet port in to 4 - without having to run any extra wires. Simple!

    Easy switch

    I have a couple of these and they just work. Updated and then adopted, simply plug the additional four items into it for a solid connection to the rest of your network. Recommended!

    Inexpensive small switches

    These switches suited my purposes very well, being run by Power over Ethernet they can operate without additional cabling for power, and basic management and integration into the unifi network controls makes them a great replacement for the unmanaged switches they're replacing for me. My only reservation is there's no option to mount or fix them in place and as they are so lightweight they move around a bit. At this price point I'm not going to dock any stars for that minor inconvenience - can always 3d-print something.
