The game can get repetitive and the story could've been improved, but Shadow The Hedgehog holds a place in my heart as a Sonic fan and I'd recommend it to anyone who's been with Sonic. It's fun, but I'd recommend short bursts if you wish to complete and beat it. Anyway, I'd give it a shot.

Every time I try to do the hero route, the game plays normally, but I receive an error right after I finish lost impact. I thought it was just a small problem at first, but after trying again, I still got that error. I tried cleaning the disc and everything. Please help, I can't beat the game without beating the hero route.

The shadow the hedgehog game is a game with questionable language content. “Damn not hear” and “damn it” are said whenever your hit or when you die. Depending on what you think is appropriate for the players you may or may not want to buy this game. Other than that the game features some huge bosses, mutable ending and great graphics. The camera may be hard to control. Graphics 8.2/10 Plot 6.0/10 Control 3.5/10 For ages 13+ is my opinion
Shadow the hedgehog Has always been pushed Down for being to edgy in this game, but like many these are one of the Games that are bold and daring and offer unique game play. The story is all over the place. But the whole point is, that shadows life is a confusing Mess of darkness and distorted memories... there is alots and lots of replay value. And when it comes to single player Games replayablity is everything.. if you rush through the game your probably only going to get one ending.. but there's so many stories and Unlockables for completing them. I absolutely love this game. On gamecube atleast... the Xbox Version can run on xbox 360 with bugs.. gamecube version can run on gamecube and wii.. both in really smooth gameplay

This game is pretty good. A bit slippery though. Reminds me of Luigi. The guy just doesn't stop he's always falling off ledges and stuff. He tip toes sometimes but most times he just leaps to his deaf. This game is really good in the beginning but near the end it gets pretty sucky and boring as you have to repeat boards because he can't stop slidding through the stage to his death. When there's timers and no maps it's pretty hard to race sonic or to race time itself. I love how they allow you to decide what mission you wish to do while in the middle of the board/stage. What I mean is, you can choose to listen to yourself, Dr. Doom or Robotnic and your options change throughout the game.
