Im very sorry to hear of your experience. i always offer a total refund if buyers arent happy.yours I seldom ever recieve negaive feedback and this is an anomoly! As stated in the advert astilbes are herbacious and dont show a lot of growth until late spring. Unfortunatley the courier (RM) dont appear to pay attention to the fragile and handle with care lables on the box! As said, i will give a full refund if not totally satisfied with the plants.
