V easy and friendly to deal with. V clear communication. Sofa arrived as per photo. Garsi247 dismantled sofa at my request for delivery and talked me through re-assembly, he explained best with 2 to 3 people for assembly more due to sight-lines than anything else really. He said each section would take about 30 seconds with 2 to 3 people. Myself and 2 of my daughters did re-assemble as instructed and yes took about 30 seconds per section.Fab.
