Item arrived after around 10 days. I was disappointed that the product had broken up in the case but I can still use it. I didn’t contact the seller because the sellers page stated no returns/ refunds.
The actual product is lovely. I usually order direct from their site but thought I’d save a few quid (postage) by ordering this one from eBay. In future I’ll order direct from site as I’ve never received broken products from there.

I'm so sorry the makeup arrived damaged and late.This is the first makeup product I have posted that has arrived damaged, so I guess Royal mail weren't at their best with this delivery. I would have been more than happy to accept a return for a full refund.
