I have tried to contact this seller to no avail, the item I purchased is a total disappointment to me as the many issues it has were never noted. There was only one photo of the item and a very minimal description with only one disclosure stating there were no couplings at either end. Only when I received the item and checked it did I I discover the numerous issues with it, the most important to, me the TTS sound does not work. I will never deal with this seller again.
