the seller was kind with a nice offer, and sending the package very quickly! The bear is as advertised, but I would have liked it to be more protected in a hard box and not just a plastic bag bubble .. because it is an expensive and valuable item. no message in the package to thank etc, but that's ok. have a nice day and thank you!
