    A Fantastic Compilation

    I would recommened this CD to people from all walks of life, not just yoga practiciners. A wonderful flow of yoga and very relaxing to listen to even if you are not doing your practice. The ending music is beautiful and perfect for savasana.

    Not for beginners

    It is difficult to look at the pictures and follow the sequence if you have not done yoga before. Definately not for beginners!
