Phone was NOT as described. NOT posted out 24 tracked as per advert but sent 2nd Class Large Letter. I had to pay 16 days after purchase £3.50 to receive the phone. 18 days after purchase I received the phone which had substantial damage. Seller refused a return or refund. I had to contact Ebay who issued me a return and refund :-(
