The two planters were of excellent quality. I would purchase again, if it were not for delivery being almost 3 weeks after ordering and the seller ignoring any messages and not being bothered to advise when the order was, eventually, despatched. As mentioned in other buyer’s feedback, communication is non existent. It is a real pity, as the troughs are surprisingly well made and of excellent quality

There has been a massive improvement in the turn-around time for orders! I had previously written about how the good quality of the products was let down by the really slow wait for delivery; this is no longer the case! I ordered two garden troughs just before the long Easter bank holiday and they were delivered yesterday! The quality of the troughs is as good as always.
