Promised twice it was on its way and never arrived. Also attempted to get me to cancel the open case with a bogus tracking number that they entered. I don’t appreciate lying and deception. Thank goodness eBay stepped in and refunded me.

I then recieved a message saying saying they had family problems and would send it the next day and asked me to close the case which I stupidly did. But the buyer did not give me chance to sort it out. She was annoying me with messages like person does not have any other problems.
