    Thank heaven the Seller was on the ball and sorted the problems out. None of them were Bennetts' fault. Sealey are not quality checking their products and the carrier (DHL) are utterly careless. No messages to say when the delivery was due, badly drop-damaged (almost certainly thrown) parcels and a Driver who rang the bell and immediately went back to his cab to leave. Luckily a very loud shout got his attention. Thank you Bennetts for sorting all the rest out.

    Unable to comment on packaging or quality as this never arrived. Been over a week with absolutely no movement of the tracking. Contacted seller twice, but did not have the courtesy of a reply. No real problem with delay, but please have the decency to respond to emails or messages. Definitely will not be using this seller again. Ironically, the next cheapest seller, with better delivery feedback, was not a great deal more. Wish I'd used them. Next step is to raise an eBay case. Not impressed!

    Easy and effective operation

    Never used this type of kit before. Used for m6 and m8 bolts on a camper van conversion. Fixing up solar panels with aluminium frame and head height supports for cupboards inside the van. Easy to change heads over and set to the right pressure. You don’t have to have huge arm muscles to operate the tool. Great piece of kit. I’m sure I will find other uses for it now I know about it.

    I can't see how this tool could be bettered.

    So many useless nutsert riveters out there, basically just modified pop rivet guns which will at best only manage M£ alloy inserts. This tool will effortlessly set M8 inserts (I haven't tried M10 or M12 yet). For any kind of fabrication work (as long as there is room for the extended arms) I can't see how this tool could be bettered.

    Good piece of kit, no regrets

    Works well, we would not like to use any shorter handles for the bigger fixings the longer handles seem to make the pressure needed more controlled

    Used with stainless steel rivets

    Used on stainless steel staircase and it did exactly what it said it would. Hard work with stainless rivets though but solidly installed. Good piece of kit.
