Many leaves bent, dead or mould-white. One plant had roots sticking upwards in the pot, I found it was a plug plant, I repot it. Ceramic pot due to its weight damaged leaves. Few named plants so I had to create tags, research the care. I felt sad when I saw plants, remain unhappy with order. I gave them option to reply before feedback. They offered zero compensation.

The quality of the plants were very good, they arrived in a good healthy condition and height was as advertised and ordered. This is the first time I have used this seller but would have know hesitation in recommend them or using them again.
