Bad customer serviceReply from: bmminiparts- Feedback replied to by seller bmminiparts.- Feedback replied to by seller bmminiparts.The title stated clearly 'x2' and at the end of the title 'SOLD IN PAIRS'. The buyer also confirmed he did not read the title completely. These bolts are £1.32 each from BMW. We were selling 2 for £1.17. 10 for £1.17 would seem too cheap. The '10' was on the bag received from BMW. This is how they sell them as the dealers have to buy a minimum. We have now changed the title and added 'Sold Individually' to the picture.
