When the item didn't arrive on the given date and no tracking info was available, I contacted the vendor. They were excellent in replying promptly and keeping me informed. The issue was, unsurprisingly, the mail. The item then arrived with the tracking showing it was posted, out for delivery and delivered all at the same time. Very pleased with product and would definitely order from them again
