    Ordered these Uggs listed as a size 10, Paid $20 for shipping. Took a while to get them, and they were definitely not size 10's more like a size 8. And I've owned a lot of Uggs. They don't accept returns but offered an option to buy something else they had listed. I certainly wasn't going to buy a pair at twice the price I paid for the other since they mismarked their product and put in a damaged box. I'd stay clear of this vendor

    The listing stated a size 10 as well as the box of the boot. Boots always fit differently depending on the style not all boots fit the same regardless of the sizing it states. The shipping rates are given by the post office, I do not come up with my own shipping rates. I was more than happy to do an exchange. I offered the same item in a bigger size and she declined. The item was not mismarked as she received the item the listing stated.
