    Waited and waited for (untracked) delivery. In the end I visited my nominated collection place and asked the very helpful staff there if they could have a look for my order/parcel?...they did, very kindly, and managed to find it. The seller did not apply the eCP code to the address label thereby rendering it impossible to be registered on arrival, or for me to be notified to collect. Poor service, avoid.

    Hi, Sorry to hear that you have waited for so long for the item. According to the courier they have delivered the parcel on 29th April at 4:17 pm. I am not sure what has happened there.
