They initially promised to resolve the issue but later informed me they couldn’t provide a replacement and offered a $30 refund for a $400 machine, which I declined. They also failed to follow up as promised, and without the remote, the machine’s functionality is limited. We are simply unable to fix this issue even though we really wanted to. The none-working remote is a manufacturer's defect. We always try to make things right with our buyers.
