    Item described as New when it looked more like a demo item in an opened and somewhat battered box. Had seller messaging me multiple times challenging me over the item condition, and suggesting this was to be expected when buying a New item on ebay. Now calling me vindictive and unreasonable for simply stating facts, apparently believing that just because a refund was issued then none of that matters. Not a pleasant experience.

    Item sold £15 less than RRP, Item as described, just the outer box with some marks on it but buyer had extreme reaction despite resolving the return without any delay & returned the item incomplete. A real headache to deal with.
