Although new and sealed from the factory, there was damage that had happened before the factory put it in a box, the seller made good on the defective part at great expense to himself, even though it was nothing he did (again, factory sealed box). It is easy to be a good seller when things go right, when bad stuff happens, how they respond separates the best from the rest! This one is among the best.
