The seller never reached out, always waited for me to contact, and said the item shipped when it didn't. AVOID THIS SELLER -- I lost 2 weeks on an item I need, as well as the promotion I used to buy the product. FAIL.

I initially contacted the seller on 12/11/25. And only when threats of contacting Ebay did they bother to get back with me. On 1/1/26 they promised to ship the missing 4 or give me a refund. Then again nothing, when I asked for an update. Now on 1/10/26 they ask me to drop my case with Ebay so it can be resolved amicably !?! I don't think so.
