Item description had stated 'recently cleaned' which turned out to have been 2 years ago in later communication! My main concern was about importing moths into my house so had to have the item dry cleaned. Seller was not helpful but reluctantly promised to contribute to the dry clean which never actually happened. After failing to arrive I wrote to the seller three times asking to be sent a Tracking Number and to explain what had happened. Only after the third message did I receive a reply, to say the item had just been posted, two days after it was due to be delivered, with a PO receipt attached.
