    I've never dealt with this seller before and when I asked for a condition report on the book they identified one or two slight problems. When I received the book I couldn't find any problems. The sign of a quality seller is one who always errs on the side of caution. I consider the book to be "as new" despite it being 19 years old. It was offered for a superb low price, was protectively packaged and dispatched superfast. I cannot praise this seller highly enough.
