    The overall process was efficient. But, I was very disappointed in the product's marketing. Others were described as thumb missing or broken. The one I purchased did not indicate any damage and was described as removed from the box to take a picture for ebay post. This product was $20 more than the others and I was happy to pay the difference for an undamaged product. When the package arrived, there was an audible rattle and sure enough, the thumb was broken. Again, very disappointing
