    Seller does not respond to any messages I was polite was concerned due to item description stating will be sent by tracked delivery service to see that was sent by untracked courier no names no delivery date no nothing tried to contact seller to see what was going on no response from them so contacted eBay I stated all I want is to find information for my parcel that’s it till they couldn’t find anything either stated they can’t see even printed label either so they open a case for me

    Replied to messages once I had time, busy working & processing other orders.Mean while impatient buyer opened Item Not Received case only few days after purchase, despite being within the delivery timescale.Refund issued as requested in claim so delivery was cancelled & no tracking information was asked for.For future reference- all parcels are sent through a recognised delivery service with tracking, only Packlink (through ebay) send instant tracking information, which I don't always use.
