    Tried the irish stew, prefer the slow cooker method. Too american like recipes (too much sugar used)

    Unless you’re an expert in pressure cooking don’t buy it

    I’m a novice at pressure cooking ! This cook book isn’t for novices. Too many fancy recipes and not enough day to day normal menus.
