Set in the United Kingdom during the tumultuous 1960s and 70s, BREAKFAST ON PLUTO tells the story of Patrick Kitten Braden, an orphan from a small Irish town who dreams of escaping his drab surroundings. He ends up at the trailer home of travelling musician Billy Rock, who is hiding weapons used by the IRA in a series of vicious attacks. Funny Movie. You Will Fall In Love With KITTEN.
Funny and sad movie about the lovely lonely Kitten looking for his mother and the many adventures he goes threw and the character he meets along the way. Cillian Murphy plays Kitten excellently and makes a beautiful woman. Loved the Wombles bit in it. I was reminded of how brilliant Cillian Murphy is when I went to see Opoenheimer. I recalled when I had seen him in Breakfast on Pluto years ago and how much I had enjoyed that film. Recommendèd it to my friend and as I could not find it on the streaming channels I had decided to see if it was available to purchase on dvd. It was, I did and I enjoyed it all over again.
