      This seller has been completely unreliable. After my purchase, I was promised multiple times that my order would be shipped, but it never was. The seller even provided a UPS tracking number showing an expected delivery date of August 28, 2025. When I checked with UPS, I learned that they never received the package. When I contacted the seller again, they admitted the item was not the same as pictured in the listing. This is misleading and dishonest.
