    Item as described, appears genuine...well packaged and good price. Postage was 2nd class and took 10days following purchase to be delivered. I am disappointed with lack of communication from seller who did not respond to my first message chasing delivery and only when I raised concern with Ebay that seller sent tracking by which time item finally arrived.

    'Appears genuine' - please don't use the passive language - it is genuine and you know it or else you would have asked for a return, quite rightly. Apologies about the delay, it was out go my hands and the tracking information was always there from day one.

    Received the item quickly and as described, but due to the package being in a mailing bag and not in a box, the presentation box was damaged and squashed when I received it. Luckily the item is for me and not to be given as a gift as it couldn't be presented as it was. Would have been better to send it within a box to protect the item more.

    Hello - thank you for the feedback. I appreciate the item was in a mailing bag but the presentation box was heavily wrapped in very thick bubble wrap.... had the packaging been tampered with and this protection removed? The bubble wrap was the very large professional packing type and there were 2 layers of it.

    Nothing seem to have been tampered with it was due to the fact that the box was able to be squashed as it wasn't adequately protected. Like I said it would have been better to send it in a box. ;)
