This product is the sh*t! My BMW 420d started running sluggishly a few weeks back, loss of low end torque and loss of torque when over 70mph. Despite having a tuning box set to the highest program as well as a pedalbox which was set to the best curve setting these only seemed to reduce the impact of the power loss rather than giving the additional power that they ought to.
