Seller did little to help resolve issue. Except make promises that where never done. Promised replacement chime rods never sent. Offered partial refund but did not refund any portion. My out of pocket repair cost have exceeded $150. eBay closed the case without contacting me the case was never resolved. You were supposed to contact me after the clocksmith told you whether they could replace the chime rods and you never did. You also know full well the clock was packed well and UPS dropped it on the corner and broke it. I've sold on Ebay for 20 years.
