Unfortunately I had to return it as the supported head position was too high for my neck condition. The dimensions given in the advert are exact. The difficulty is in measuring the under chin to clavicle as that is a point to point dimension, what can affect it is how the collar sits on the neck/chest area. The return process was very easy and the the refund issued promptly.

The appearance is great and so is the colour.
