    Ordered the Samsung s24 Ultra 512gb and it arrived well packaged and in amazing condition. Unfortunately, I quickly discovered one of the mics wasn't working. On contacting the seller, they swiftly apologised and said just to send it back for a refund. Everything went exactly as promised. I had no problem at all and am really impressed with the way the whole process was handled. Disappointed that the phone had a fault, but that's a risk you take buying used. Well done to the seller though.

Shipping was tracked although outside of the control of the seller the courier did not attempt to knock or press the door bell and left the package on the doorstep. Thankfully the tracking notification alerted me to the package that had been delivered but left in public view on the door step.
